​ General Rules:

• No Cell phones - Please turn you phone on to silent. Phone calls and texts interrupt your appointment and may cause longer appointment times.
• Caffeine - Save your daily dose for after your appointment. Caffeine is a stimulant and makes it difficult to relax during your appointment. We have coffee available here if you need a pick up after your appointment.
• Kids & pets - For health & safety reasons, please leave your kids and pets at home. Sharp objects are being used and other clients may be allergic to your pets. Due to recent events, only clients are allowed at appointments. 
• Consults - Some of the staff may provide consults free of charge.  If you are coming for a Botox or cosmetic consult, you will be charged $75 for the consult. This fee applies to your appointment booked for these services
• Cancellations/no-shows - if you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged 1/2 the appointment visit. If you do not cancel your appointment and don't show, you will be charged full price of appointment.
